Disappointed.

I recently purchased a Hiboy e-scooter and have been quite disappointed with its performance. The scooter does not live up to the advertised range of 65 km on a single charge. Additionally, the battery usage varies significantly every time I use it for my commute, even though the distance remains the same.

Another frustrating issue is the display message "FU" that appears once the battery is fully charged. This message is confusing and potentially offensive, and customer service could not explain what it means.

I chose Hiboy over Ninebot, but I now regret this decision. Although customer service sent me new batteries, the replacement process is extremely complicated, involving the removal of wires.

Overall, my experience with the Hiboy e-scooter has been very unsatisfactory.

Love the bike hate the brakes so much will have to remove them and change for something better
